If I had planned better, I would have had Garrett give me his Aggie ring before he left for work so that I could have taken photos of Ethan with his Mom and Dad's Aggie rings! Oh well, next photo shoot! Or maybe I'll wait until his Grand Daddy is here with his Aggie ring and his Great Great Grandfather's Aggie ring! Yep, thats right- If (when) Ethan is part of the Fightin' Texas Aggie class of 2032 he will be a 5th generation Aggie!
The last two days Ethan has been a bit fussy. We think he may be going through a growth spurt because he has been eating more frequently and more of it too! The first day that he went closer between two feedings and started draining his 3 oz bottle we increased the amount to 3.5 oz. The next day we increased it to 4 oz and that seemed to do the trick! He is growing and thriving!
Okay, Ethan! Here is your week 4 summary:
- You eat 4 ounces a feeding
- You are still wearing newborn clothing! Size 0-3 that runs small fits alright. They are baggy but it works!
- You do NOT like tub baths. :-(
- Had your first blowout diaper! (Glad Daddy discovered this one!)
- Hilarious moment when Daddy was burping you- you lifted your head off the burp cloth and proceeded to spit up down your Daddy's collar! It ran all down the front of his shirt and the inside of his shirt. He even had it in his belly button. :-) Too funny!
So the spit up comment...hilarious. Garrett had it coming ;) That is awsome that he is taking 4oz now. They get big fast! Let me know if you need anything.
