96/365: From Rocket to Ship
I went in to clean his room and found his animals like this. It never ceases to make me laugh when I see his things lined up!

95/365: It's just one of those off days
Today this Momma had a pair of fussy, out of sorts boys with allergies and runny noses. It was a "hold me" kind of day. Or as Ethan asked "Hold your boys?"

Letters to my sons: Landon at 6 months
Landon,
I took these photos of you when you were 6 and a half months. It wasn't a planned shoot. You were laying on the ground playing with your pacifier and you had rolled off your play mat. You were between clothing changes and still in just a diaper but I saw you and how beautifully you were lit by the living room window and had to get out the camera. Of course I had to take care of your brothers needs that arose as soon as the camera came out before I could take your picture but thankfully you were still happily cooing and playing once I was free again. That's just how things are working these days. Less big planned out photo shoots and more capturing the moments as they happen but I love these photos more because they are real and they are you caught being you! You are such a happy and content little guy. You are exactly the baby I needed when I needed it and I'm so thankful for you and your sweet temperament. You fit in so well to our little family and love doling out smiles to all of us. You especially love smiling at your brother. The two of you already have a special relationship.

Sometimes I can hardly believe how interested in everything you are already. But seeing as you are already 6 months old it makes sense! You watch us eat, you touch and explore everything you can, and you don't like being left out. One of my favorite things you do is try to grab the pictures off the page when we read your bedtime story. I'm not quite sure where half a year has gone!
