On Monday we went to the pumpkin patch at the Dallas Arboretum with the photographer Mom's group to play in the pumpkins. Ethan had so much fun exploring the different pumpkin textures, sizes, and weights as well as taking in the sights and activity going around him.
He was really interested in the hay and how it crinkled and felt between his fingers.
He was also interested in how the pumpkins tasted (eww!)

After the pumpkins we went over to another area to sit in the shade and listen to the kids concert that was going on. Ethan likes to be sung to but he wasn't too impressed with the guy singing the kids songs. I have to agree, the songs did sound pretty silly.
Cute little sock feet! He started off with shoes but managed to get them off so I let him go without them to play on our blanket/in the grass.
We had a fun day and afterward Ethan was so tired out that he took a great nap!
